Prep the Ingredients: Start by cubing the Pride of Cows Paneer into bite-sized pieces. Wash the spinach thoroughly and chop it into manageable pieces. Halve the cherry tomatoes to make them bite-sized. Thinly slice the onion.
Prepare the Salad Base: In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped spinach, halved cherry tomatoes, thinly sliced onion and paneer cubes.
Prepare the Dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together the remaining tablespoon of olive oil, salt, lemon juice, water and your chosen sauce. This dressing will add flavor and moisture to the salad.
Toss with Dressing:
Drizzle the prepared dressing over the vegetables and paneer in the mixing bowl.Gently toss the salad to coat all the ingredients with the dressing. Make sure everything is well mixed
Adjust Consistency: If you find the salad a bit dry, you can add ½ cup of water and gently toss again. The water will combine with the dressing to create a light and refreshing coating.
